Prior to joining Pollard Search Group in 2015, Lauren worked for a highly regarded International search firm in their Boston office as an Executive Recruiter.
Additionally, Lauren has over 10 years of experience working in the restaurant & hospitality industry and has deep knowledge and understanding of the day to day operations of the restaurant business.
With combined experience from both the restaurant and search industries, Lauren provides our clients with a very unique skill set to deliver only the best and appropriate talent to meet their needs.
Lauren attended University of Tampa, Florida and Mass College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Boston.
