Prior to joining Pollard Search Group as Associate Partner, Joey O’Connor-Katz was the Director of Client Communication at a Boston area search firm specializing in candidate research and development for the retail industry. She has over fifteen years of experience conducting executive searches.
Joey has a unique capacity to focus on the details of the search assignment ensuring that she clearly understands the client’s needs. She partners with larger, mature, publicly traded companies and smaller, emerging firms sourcing top-level candidates that meet the client organization’s specifications.
Joey holds a Bachelor Degree in English from Worcester State University.
